*   `String#strip_heredoc` preserves frozenness.

        "foo".freeze.strip_heredoc.frozen?  # => true

    Fixes that frozen string literals would inadvertently become unfrozen:

        # frozen_string_literal: true

        foo = <<-MSG.strip_heredoc
          la la la
        MSG

        foo.frozen?  # => false !??
