Use ActionDispatch::IntegrationTest http helper methods
Mixing Rack::Test::Methods into ActionDispatch::IntegrationTest seems
to trigger Ruby bug 13107[1]. By using our methods instead of rack-test
we shouldn't trigger the bug in Forwardable.
