attributes no longer disappear if a tag contains whitespace
old:
Hash.from_xml("<tag foo='bar'>\n</tag>")
=> {"tag"=>"\n"}
new:
Hash.from_xml("<tag foo='bar'>\n</tag>")
=> {"tag"=>{"foo"=>"bar", "__content__"=>"\n"}
