* Introduce ActiveSupport.core_ext Integer, %w(conversions time etc)
* Convert some extension modules to simply reopening the class
* Remove deprecated Float time extensions
* Fold Base64 extension into ActiveSupport::Base64 since stdlib Base64 is gone
