Fixes and new translations
1) Changed translations of "a hub" and "a post" ("a hub" like "a node of
network" and not like "a web-hub" or "an air hub".) The word "a post"
should be translated as Polish "wpis" and not jargon "post".
2) New translation: doc/pl/Widgets.md
