as this can lead to confusing time stubbing.
Instead of:
travel_to 2.days.from_now do
# 2 days from today
travel_to 3.days.from_now do
# 5 days from today
end
end
preferred way to achieve above is:
travel_to 2.days.from_now
# 2 days from today
travel_back
travel_to 5.days.from_now
# 5 days from today
Closes #24690
Fixes #24689

This behavior is only work out-of-box with minitest and also add a
downside to run after each test case, even if we don't used the travel
or travel_to methods

RUNNING_UNIT_TESTS file for details, but essentially you can now configure things in test/config.yml. You can also run tests directly via the command line, e.g. ruby path/to/test.rb (no rake needed, uses default db connection from test/config.yml). This will help us fix the CI by enabling us to isolate the different Rails versions to different databases.
