Make ActionController#render(string) work as a shortcut for render :file => string. [#1435]

Examples:
  # Instead of render(:file => '/Users/lifo/home.html.erb')
  render('/Users/lifo/home.html.erb')

Note : Filename must begin with a forward slash ('/')
