From 84583657f40e5554c496fb24dfbc1921f11b0498 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Alexey Mahotkin Date: Thu, 20 Nov 2008 15:52:18 +0300 Subject: Fixed RFC-2045 quoted-printable bug [#1421 state:committed] http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2045.html says: may be represented by an "=" followed by a two digit hexadecimal representation of the octet's value. The digits of the hexadecimal alphabet, for this purpose, are "0123456789ABCDEF". Uppercase letters must be used; lowercase letters are not allowed. ActionMailer, however, used "=%02x" specification.
